Routing Views and Information

We are excited to announce the launch of a new feature on the IceService Dashboard – Routing Views & Information. This powerful tool allows you to gain detailed insights into your service orders through four key columns: Route Name, Driver Name, Delivery Status, and Planned Arrival.

Key Features:

1. Route Name & Driver Name: Easily identify which route and driver are assigned to specific service orders.

2. Delivery Status: Track whether an order is in progress, attempted, or completed.

3. Planned Arrival: Know exactly when deliveries are scheduled to arrive.

How to Use Filters:

You can apply filters to these columns, such as by driver name, to quickly find out the status and planned arrival time for specific service orders. For example, by filtering the driver name "Adam Parker," you can view his assigned routes and delivery details at a glance.
