1. Service Technicians Directory
Our Service Technicians (STs) are strategically located to ensure prompt and efficient deliveries. You can use this directory to quickly locate a technician based on your delivery needs.
2. Shift Timings & Route Information
Efficient route planning is essential to meeting our delivery commitments. Here’s how to check shift timings and route details:
Route Name: Route name consisting of ‘Technician’s name, date, initials of the routing team member involved in creating this route, initial of any other member making alterations to the route’ (example, ‘-’ if a service order is removed, ‘+’ if a service order is added)

Total Drive Time: Verify that the total drive time corresponds with the shift timings for each ST. This helps manage driver fatigue and schedule adherence.

Note: The total drive time for each route can be found in the route summary at the bottom of each ST’s page.
3. Customer & Order Criteria Checklist
Meeting customer-specific requirements is key to our delivery success. Use the following criteria to assess each order and customer site:
Priority Location: Check if the location has specific open or access times.
Order Criteria:
Time required to deliver
Personnel needed (e.g., more than one person required)
Specific delivery day requests
Requests for specific delivery personnel
4. Delivery Planning Checklist
For easy reference, use the checklist below to ensure all delivery requirements are met before scheduling:
Number of STs available and their start/finish times
Driving distance and the number of deliveries
Customer criteria, including priority location and access times
Number of open orders at each customer site
Any specific order requirements
