Before your installation can commence, you must first complete the setup process to ensure you and your store are ready to receive your equipment. Please follow these simple steps to ensure you are prepared for your installation date.
Pick Your Power Unit
G3.5 Power Unit
The G3.5 Power Unit has the lowest cost of all our carbonated machines and runs of a normal 13-amp plug for easy install. It comes with a cup holder and our innovative IceStation which contains space for all the bag in box autofill systems, C02 gas canisters and extra syrup storage.
The Power unit contains eco-friendly refrigerants and colour changing LED product lighting as well as an Ice screen to maximise you’re sales. The G3.5 can produce 44 cups per hour making the perfect choice for any small business wanting to add our great range of carbonated frozen drink brands to your store. The G3.5 Power Unit is packed full of the latest technology. The sections below outlines some of the features of this Power Unit and our revolutionary IceStation which contains all the additional parts necessary for your Power Unit to function.
Our Ice Screen technology is revolutionary allowing for dynamic moving advertising, simple to understand machine diagnostics and touch screen capabilities.
All our machines come with LED lighting to enhance the look of the product and make your machine stand out.
Each of the top two draws hold 2 x 10 Ltr bag-in-box syrups that can be used to manually fill the machines or connected to any of our auto fill freezers. That’s over 500 medium cups per draw ready to serve.
The bottom draw holds 2 x 10 Ltr spare bag-in-box syrups, that’s another 500+ medium cups in reserve
The right hand compartment has space for 2 x 10 litre food grade CO2 cylinders to use with any of our carbonated products.
We are constantly striving to make our machine more efficient and eco friendly and have succeeded in converting all our machines to run on eco friendly refrigerants.
Our bag in box technology allows you to easily fill your machine with both the self filling and manual filling models.

Finance Options
We offer flexible leasing options with two lease terms: 3 years and 5 years. You can also choose between two convenient payment methods, either a one-off payment or monthly instalments, providing a range of payment plans tailored to suit your needs.
Rest assured, all your servicing, parts, labour, and wear and tear are fully covered. Should you ever need it, we’ll provide an exchange power unit at no extra cost, terms and conditions apply.
When your agreement concludes, simply return the equipment. As long as it’s been maintained properly, you won’t have any additional charges. Plus, you have the option to start fresh with a brand-new model, continuing your journey with the latest technology.
All the below prices stated are indicative and exclude VAT. Exact pricing will be communicated on application. Cups per day calculated with 341ml cup sold at £3.50.

G3.5 Set Up Guide
Step 1 - Create Account
First, you will need to register and set up your Frozen Store online account to access our e-shop – Frozen Store – using our app or via our website. To do this, follow the link below to create an online account.
All customers must create an account with us even if you are part of a larger group and order your syrup through your internal systems.
Step 2 - Order Online
Once you have created your account, you will be able to place orders such as; Book An Engineer (reporting machine faults or requesting maintenance), Order Product (Syrups, cups and other products), Update your screen (Update the marketing videos & cup prices for your IceScreen)

If you are part of a group and order your syrups, cups, and other products centrally, please continue to use that method.
You can order online here or via our app, which can be downloaded using the links below.
You must have at least two bag-in-boxes (BIBs) of syrup for each flavor you are going to sell in your store before we commission your machine.
Step 3 - Store Requirements
The G3.5 requires these elements to function (a water connection, your own CO2 supply, and Power). These must be ready for your installation date.
Water
This Power Unit runs off your store's water supply, which must be within 2 metres of the power unit installation space. It requires a 15mm copper pipe, 16cm long, suitable for potable water after the valve so we can connect to it. You can find the specification of the valve you or your plumber need to fit here.
CO² Supply
This Power Unit is a carbonated machine that requires CO2, which you must supply. For details on the necessary CO2 and where to purchase it, click the button below
Power
This Power Unit requires a 13-amp plug socket within 2 metres of the power unit installation space.
Step 4 - Space
You need sufficient space for your Power Unit as well as proper ventilation to prevent overheating. Additionally, you will need storage space for the auto-fill equipment for your power unit, which is covered below.

The exclusive IceStation is our express installation and has been designed for your convenience. It comes complete with everything you need for a fast and simple set up.

Step 5 - Access
Your store must also be accessible for our technicians. Please check the following information as it might impact the delivery and installation of your Power unit. If your store doesn’t meet these requirements in any area, please contact us at least 5 working days before your install date so we can address the situation.
Parking and Distance to store: There must be parking within the immediate vicinity of your site (within 50 metres).
Pavements, Surfaces, and Steps: You must notify us of any stairs, steps, or lifts between the access point to your store and the location of the equipment.
Time of Installation: You or a member of staff must be present at the time of installation to grant access to the site and receive training.
Door Width and Narrow Points: Check for any potential choke points and corners. Ensure there is adequate space to maneuver (minimum width 720mm).
Obstacles: Please remove any obstacles from the path of the machine (from the access point to your store to the installation location for the equipment).
Installation Destination: Ensure your installation location meets the minimum space requirements linked below. There must be room for ventilation and easy access to water and power.
You must notify us at least 5 working days in advance of any special requirements, such as site permits, Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) reports, or if the installation must take place outside regular business hours.

Below is a summary of the steps described above that you must complete to enable our technician to fully commission your machine. Please remember that if you fail to have any of these steps ready by the time our technician arrives on site, they may not be able to commission your machine, and we reserve the right to apply a call-out charge in such circumstances.
