Clean Your Filter
If you call out a technician you or a member of your staff must be present when they arrive and the technician must be able to enter the property to access the Power Unit.

When calling out a technician, please ensure that you or a member of your staff is present upon arrival. Our Frozen Brothers Technician will check in and request confirmation of the exact location and access details for the equipment designated in the service order.
If the technician arrives and the barrel hasn't been switched off after reporting a frozen tank, you may be charged for the call out.
If the technician finds no fault with your machine you may be charged for the call out.
*There will be a call-out charge of £95 plus VAT for any "You Fix" identified. Additionally, if our technician is required to make a fix, a fee of £25 plus VAT (per fix) will be applied. Please note that these charges are subject to change, and we reserve the right to adjust them with immediate effect.
