  • CCT Communications: Centralized communication with the Customer Care Team (CCT) ensures all parties are informed of order progress and potential delays.

Understanding Part Delivery Orders

A part delivery order ensures that necessary components are sent to sites for equipment installation or maintenance.

  • ST Frozen Store View (Shopify): Orders are managed within the "Frozen Store" system on Shopify, where users can track orders and verify part availability.




Part Delivery & Installation Process

This section outlines the step-by-step process for delivering and installing parts.

  • Delivery Initiation: Once a request is raised, the supply team prepares the part for shipment.

  • On-Hold Status: If there are any delays, the order may be placed in "On-Hold" status until the part reaches the site.

  • Installation Process: Upon delivery, the part is marked ready for installation, and the technician is notified to complete the task.

TOR Raised View & Return to Fit Orders

When a part order is flagged for a return installation, it falls under the "TOR Raised View."

  • TOR (Technical Order Request): This view allows users to track orders that require an additional technician visit for installation.

  • Return to Fit Part Orders: If a part requires refitting, this status ensures it’s revisited for appropriate installation.



Order Notes & APC Delivery Details

Order notes play a vital role in tracking each delivery’s specific requirements, especially if there are updates on the delivery provider, such as APC.

  • Order Notes: Include details on delivery timelines, special instructions, and APC (Airline Product Code) delivery information.

  • Delivery Confirmation: Once delivered, the order status will be updated, and relevant notes will be appended for technician reference.
