Routing & Scheduling

We’re excited to introduce the latest update to the IceService Dashboard: Routing & Scheduling, which brings powerful new features to the Admin Dashboard. This release enhances how you manage service orders by providing dynamic insights into routing status, scheduling, and service technician (ST) locations.

Key Features:

Grid 1: 

Located in the Admin Dashboard, this grid allows you to filter service orders based on routing status, scheduled delivery date, and more. Filters can be applied to quickly refine data and find the specific information needed.

  1. Routing & Scheduled Date Columns: The Routing Status column shows which orders are ready for delivery, while the Scheduled Date column indicates the planned date for service delivery. These columns are perfect for ensuring timely delivery and quick customer responses.

  2. Dynamic Map: Visualize the location of service technicians (STs) and mobile technicians (MTs) in real time. Red dots represent the technicians’ current locations, and blue dots highlight open orders, helping you optimize routing and scheduling.

  3. Order Tracking: Use the dynamic map and filters to find open orders, track completed orders, and review routing history. For instance, by analyzing the completed orders for a technician like Dean Turner, you can see how efficiently tasks are completed based on location radius.
