We’re excited to announce the latest enhancement to the IceService Dashboard – the Fault Description and Fault Type (BETA) columns! This new feature is designed to provide clearer insights into service orders by leveraging fault data from the Frozen Service Shopify notes, directly integrated into the dashboard.
What’s New?
Fault Description Column: The Fault Description column now pulls data from the service notes entered in Frozen Service and displays it right on your IceService Dashboard. This eliminates the need to toggle between platforms, streamlining your workflow and providing immediate access to important service details.

Fault Type (BETA) Column: The Fault Type (BETA) column automatically generates key terms based on the fault description. This allows you to quickly identify the nature of the issue without sifting through extensive service notes.
