We’re excited to announce a new feature on the IceService Dashboard: 95th Percentile (P95) Data on the Metrics Table. This update provides valuable insights into the performance of service orders by showing average data for 95% of the orders, focusing on completion times and service efficiency.
What is the 95th Percentile (P95)?
The 95th Percentile (P95) reflects data for 95% of service orders, excluding the top 5% that might take longer to complete due to various factors like parts delivery delays. This gives a more realistic overview of typical service times.
Key Features:
Average Days to Complete (P95): This column displays the average number of days it takes to complete 95% of service orders each month.
Completed Inside 3 Days (P95): Shows the percentage of service orders completed within 3 days, giving insight into quicker resolutions.
Completed Inside 5 Days (P95): Indicates the percentage of service orders completed within 5 days for a broader view of efficiency.
Benefits:
Better Understand Performance: Focus on the majority of service orders for more accurate insights.
Track Efficiency: See how quickly the bulk of service orders are being handled, and identify areas for improvement.
